Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Since we ship all orders directly from our farm in Uttarakhand there can be delays as a result of natural weather related occurrences and the COVID situation. If there are any delays of such a nature we will inform you of the same via email.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping cost of Rs. 100/-. Again since we ship directly from our farm in Uttarakhand shipping costs are a bit higher than if we were in metropolitan cities.

Once you order has been shipped you will receive an email with details of the shipment and estimated delivery date.
