Kuninda Bavarian Mustard

Inspired by Austrian mustards, this one is fruity, sweet and spicy made with whole grains of black and yellow mustard and fresh indigenous Kumaoni apples. We make a sort of tea with all the spices and the apples. let it sit for and infuse for a couple of days and then soak the mustard grain in it for atleast a fortnight. It's a time consuming fellow but the end result is well worth the wait. A wholesome flavour profile, unlike anything on the market now.

Ingredients: yellow and black mustard grain, apple cider vinegar, jaggery, rock salt, black peppercorn, onion, garlic, bay leaf, all spice, juniper berries, clove, nutmeg, kumaoni apples
Shelf life: 1 year

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate once opened.
