Kuninda Classic Switchel

It does not get simpler and more classic than this. Ginger infused apple cider vinegar, it’s and oldie but a goodie. Originally from Jamaica, this concoction becomes special because of the use of molasses as a sweetener.

How to store: Keep away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened.

Shelf life:  12 months

Use: In mocktails and cocktails, in salads and soups, chutnies and sauces, curries, marinades, stir fries and so on.
