Our desire was to give one of India’s staple oil seeds a new and more central role in the culinary preferences of modern Indians.

All our mustards are vegan and handmade. These condiments are created with the intention of, not only giving a new setting to the people’s relationship with mustardbut also, coming up with new creative uses of local, indigenous, desi and traditional ingredients that have been a part of Indian food culture for ages.

For the preparation of these pastes/sauces we use small scale artisanal methods such as aging and curing of the mustard grains and stone grinding (patthar chakkito maintain the integrity of our ingredients. Our mustards are available in different textures from whole grain to coarsely ground to a slightly pastier consistency.

There are no preservatives, additives or flavour enhancers of any sort.

How to store: Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use.

Shelf life: One year 

Use: Our mustards re very versatile and lend their flavour profile to any dip, raita, salad dressing, marinade, soup, batter, gravy, curry and so on. Its an empty canvas really so go be creative in the kitchen, we aren’t held back by culinary stereotypes.
